We prepare detailed estimates of non-salvageable personal property which is needed to settle an insurance claim. Once we have a complete inventory list of all non-salvageable items, we will deliver your estimate within 2-10 days.
- Estimates include the Brand Name, Model #, Description, Age, and Quantity of each line item.
- We use one of the insurance industry’s most robust estimating software to find each items’ best Like, Kind, Quality and Replacement Cost Value (RCV).
- Every estimate will include the Actual Cash Value (ACV) of each item, the amount owed once depreciation is deducted from the replacement cost.

- Technicians will collect the Brand Name, Quantity, Model Number, Description, and Measurement of all non-salvageable items
- To fully capture a loss, our technicians take very detailed photos room by room opening drawers, cabinets, closets, and all other areas of the loss site.

- We manage the removal of all non-salvageable contents from the loss site.
- We remove and properly dispose of all non-salvageable contents at a local Waste Management Facility based on the type of materials being discarded.
- We use certified technicians to remove and properly dispose of all asbestos contaminated contents at a local Waste Management Facility qualified to receive such toxic materials.
